RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

FOR AFFILIATE PRODUCTS, PLEASE FOLLOW THE RETURN CONDITIONS OF THE RESPECTIVE SHOP OPERATOR.

Our right of return is valid for 30 days. If it is more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it to have. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are completely non-returnable. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:

* gift vouchers

* Downloadable software products (if the download has not started we will issue a refund)

* Services such as mastering services

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase .

Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check first once your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the purchase value when you return the item. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a voucher via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase or sent to the gift giver, a refund will be made to the gift giver, and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

Shipping

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in .

If you are shipping an item over €75, consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you returned.
